As a result of the Prime Minister’s announcement on 20th March we have closed Alwalton Hall and Salon by Alwalton Hall until further notice.
We are answering phone calls and e-mails between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday Please bear with us if phone lines are engaged or you have to leave a message.
We have begun calling and e-mailing all clients with current bookings up to the end of April, beginning with the most imminent bookings and then moving through the calendar.
Online booking facilities have been temporarily suspended.
All deposits and pre-payments will be held on account and loyalty points will not expire. We will also extend the expiry dates on all unexpired gift cards by 3 months – more if required.
We hope to be able to keep the phones and emails manned through the crisis and we expect still to be able to process gift voucher over the phone for dispatch via Royal Mail.
We will also accept bookings for later in the year on the understanding that they may have to be re-scheduled depending on the duration of the crisis.
We would like to thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts for your marvellous support and loyalty. Please take very good care of yourselves and we hope to see you all very soon.
