New Treatment Packages from 1st September
We’ve introduced some exciting new treatment packages and updated some old favourites from 1st September. Since most visitors like to add afternoon tea (or lunch) to their treatment package we’ve included it in the price. Naturally, we can still put treatments together for you without food and there is a no-food option for Total Indulgence in particular, but doing it this way round seems to make more sense. Like many others we are having to increase most of our prices from 1st September to catch up with a whole range of rising costs. We’ve held out as long as we could and we do hope you’ll bear with us. The prices on this website are the NEW prices to avoid surprises. If you’re visiting us before the end of August the old price will apply and of course pre-paid packages will be at the prevailing price when payment was made.

COVID Safety Protocols after 19th July
We would like to advise clients that at this stage of the national loosening of restrictions the majority of our current COVID safety protocols will remain unchanged. However, there will be some adjustments in line with revised guidance and here are a few points of confirmation and clarification based on the most topical and frequently asked questions:
Our therapists and hair stylists will continue to wear face coverings or visors (depending on the nature of the service provided) during treatments and hair appointments. We respectfully request clients to do likewise unless the specific treatment makes it impractical or unsafe to do so. Naturally, exemptions will be respected.
We will continue to deny entry to clients or staff members with COVID symptoms and would respectfully request clients to provide the necessary assurances when requested. Additionally, we will continue to request visitors to wash their hands or use sanitiser on entry to the building and whenever else they consider it to be appropriate.
Screens will remain in place at check out desks and in our Alwalton hair salon to improve separation where required.
We of course continue to observe the highest possible standards of hygiene and cleaning protocols between appointments will remain unchanged.
We offer lateral flow tests to all our staff under the national workplace testing scheme.
